TEAMChallenge is pleased to have won the well-known running trademark Saucony as
a new strategic partner and sponsor for the 9th Challenge Roth on July 18.
Saucony, a subsidiary of the US-based Collective Brands Performance and Lifestyle Group, has been specializing in high-class products in the running sector for more than
35 years. As their company slogan “We know because we run” says – Saucony know from long years of experience what a runner needs. With innovative production technologies and trend-setting ideas, Saucony has become well-known in the running
and triathlon circuit. So the partnership with the world’s biggest long-distance triathlon event is a logical consequence. In the 9th Challenge Roth Saucony will primarily act as
a sponsor of the run course. The athletes will already be able to benefit from the new partnership before the race: Together with TEAMChallenge, Saucony is going to organize four run-training weekends with international top athletes in spring and early summer.
Further details will be available shortly. The new co-operation with Saucony also has important marketing aspects. Saucony is for example going to advertise the Challenge Roth as “Premier Event”. The shoe boxes of the Saucony running shoes that are sold in Germany, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Great Britain will include a postcard featuring a Challenge raffle. And there is another interesting piece of information: Saucony and TEAMChallenge will soon introduce a new red and white Challenge running shoe that they have developed together.
